New Glasses!

New Glasses! One pair is Red/Pink and the other is Blue/Purple. Elizabeth picked them out all by herself. They both have transition lenses as well. She chose to donate her old glasses to the children's hospital.

With dancing, and singing and theater and more, I have kept the girls busy, tired and sore. (and mommy too.) But they love it. They have also taken to climbing the walls and the trees outside. Elizabeth is doing a good job teaching her sister to climb higher and higher.

Skeleton, Witch, or Princess???

A funny story about my little witch and black kitty. After spending an hour waiting in the checkout line at the local craft and fabric store, Malea decided she wanted to be a skeleton. I had to tell her no, a word she is not used to hearing. I explained that once the fabric is paid for, you can not change your mind about what you want to be for Halloween.

Malea's newest song she sings is, " I want to be a skeleton, a skeleton, a skeleton. I want to be a skeleton, not a witch, or a pink witch, or a purple witch for Halloween". Over and over again while we are in the car. Elizabeth finds it cute and funny. Mommy is still making the purple witch costume.

Today we went to the zoo with the Rhoades. We saw a bunch of reptiles and a couple of cats. It was fun. That is all I want to write about that.

Today we also got about a thousand pumpkins. Daddy brought them home from Aunt Jean's house.
